We Are Growing!!!

Hi friends!

First of all, we are so very thankful for you and your support of our very own local happy place. We truly have built this store from the ground up and our entire family has been part of it.

I'm Emily, curator and owner of Eden. Over the last few years we have had the privilege to get to know and serve your families.  I know most of you have met my sister, Ali. She is in Frisco more days than she is not and has truly loved learning about all of your families & helping make your lives easier here at Eden. My husband and daddy deserve a round of applause for everything you see in the shop today. Blood, sweat and tears(maybe just my own) have gone and will continue to go into this space for years to come. We have been blessed by the kindest hearts working with us in our shop. A true testament that kindness truly does matter.

Fun Fact: Did you know that the beautiful white washed tables in our store are antique, refurbished, library tables from my home town of El Paso? Thanks to my daddy's handy work!

Yesterday, as I walked across the Plano parking lot  in the blazing October sun from our new location to meet my family for lunch, I had a true full circle moment. When I graduated from Baylor University I had no plans and zero dreams. With a business degree strapped to my belt, I hopped in the car and headed to DFW. I landed at the intersection of Park & Preston. Working day shifts at the Banana Republic and night shifts at Chili's, seven days a week. The taste of retail and the service industry was new to me and I wasn't even mad about it. Fast forward many years, a few corporate retail jobs, marriage, a couple babies and several start-ups later....here I am in this exact same parking lot.  This time to open up a second location of my very own boutique. If you had told me this would be my path years ago, I would have belly laughed!

So tell your friends! Tell your neighbors! Your favorite happy place is about to become theirs too! We are coming to Plano! We have already felt so welcomed and loved by the community of my first DFW home town. Plano is where I grew wings and learned to fly. I am so honored to be back!

xoxo Emily
